Severe water damage to ornamental plaster and decorative paint finishes at interior ceiling and balcony elevations of playhouse.

Damaged flat and ornamental plaster elements were removed, recast, and installed to match existing.

Polychrome decorative painting, gilding, glazing and faux wood graining installed to match existing.
